Returns & Exchanges

At Micro-Mark, we stand behind the quality of our tools and hobby supplies; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a standard return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Micro-Mark

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns department located at our Berkeley Heights warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
