Interchangeable steel and nylon blocks fit into an anti-slip rubber base that absorbs shock . . . lets you hammer at your work bench without creating excessive noise and vibration. Steel and nylon blocks are 5/8 inch x 3 inches in diameter. Rubber base is 1 inch thick x 4 inches in diameter.
